Where is the download map button?

The download maps button seems to be missing on my phone, or I am missing something. I just downloaded the app, registered an account, signed up for the news letter, and see a banner at the top of my screen that I can download 10 maps.

from the main menu, I go to Maps & Resources, click Europe and then my country, and then I see nothing:

Am I missing something or should there be a huge “download map” button here? I’d like to pay for this app but I first need to confirm it actually works.

Please restart the app and try again.
or try using search for “Netherlands”

It looks like there was some sort of server issue
