Transfer nixhelm to nix-community

I'm the owner of https://github.com/farcaller/nixhelm, the k8s helm chart index repo in nix format. I've been getting more pull requests lately and I figured it'd be better if I wasn't the sole owner of the said repo.

It's very low maintenance as the CI pipeline is managing the updates on its own and it's very low governance as it generally accepts any valid helm chart. I think it'd benefit from being in nix-community as it's not a single-person project anymore (although having 14 contributors is not exactly a high bar).

As far as I know, there are no similar projects in nix-community space so there's no duplication of effort.

I've sent you an invite to join @nix-community organisation and created @nix-community/nixhelm team.

After the repo is transferred I'll restore you permissions on the repo, github usually downgrades them during the transfer.
