Logo Discussion:

• Decision to go for the logo with purple layered approach. Change style and colour of the brackets. Remove "Eclipse"
• PL should just agree on the proposal from MarCom team

Website:

• Armin proposes to leverage existing Hugo styles and map them with provided contents
• Ahmed presents website approach independent from Hugo and Eclipse Styles. Working HTML Website. That is rendered.
• Ahmed will share the link to the website proposal
• Questions: How can we transition this to Hugo?
• Answer: Still open
• It would be great to map original provided contents to HUGO theme. And based on this go for the next steps with eJad
• Amin is driving to set up a first Hugo instance.
• Amin asked design team from Eclipse to create a proposal.

Agreed next steps:

• Amin to create a first environment set-up and demonstrate the capabilities. Should be done and handed over until 13.06.

• Get better and earlier commitment from tech leads in contents and deliveries

• Eclipse will release a PR focusing on S-CORE and mentioning QNX
• Initial version created from S-CORE project perspective will be brought up again

• Ahmed's team is waiting for Infrastrucure Team setting up the hosting environment
• Ahmed's team created a HUGO based version but can not deploy it as they are blocked
• Amin created a second website approach based on the existing HUGO templates leveraged based on Eclipse Infrastructure

• When is infrastruture set up by the infrastructure team so that eJad can be deploy their approach?
• Will we use the approach from Amin first and switch later?
