bug on expiration date for Fine-grained personal access token

I can choose a date outside of the maximum lifetime from the organization if I create a fine-grained personal access token. On submit this results to the closing of the form without any errormessage to the user. Pretty hard to figure out what the problem is.
There should be at least an error-message.
If I open the calendar for my own repositories the day after today in a year is not selectable. See screenshots.
