In all of my years as a developer and CEO of a small software company, I've never used the feed. Yes, I see the feed, and I see that someone on my team has done some task. It's never relevant, and yet the feed takes up 80% of the page when I navigate to github. The screen real-estate-to-relevance ratio is terrible.
What I want to do is be able to navigate quickly to the issues list of one of my repos. That's it. Just show me a list of all of the repos, sorted reverse chronologically by when I last made a change to them. That's it.
