I am using github copilot enterprise version obtaining by the company , after latest update I encountered this issue , I updated vscode everything to latest and tried every tricks , installing , uninstallng ,sign out and sign in , everything , can't fix this issue.
When I attached a file to context , even in in line chat, even I typed any request no response.

It is so amazing, it should be a bug for the latest copilot for vscode

1.Find the code that prevents Copilot from working by isolating sections of the code and repeatedly prompting Copilot until you find it.

2.Take that code section and have Copilot Clean Up Comments it on a new page.

3.Bring the reorganized code back into the original file.
