Is there a way to customize or add a flavor of Copilot which is for Retail centric code base ?

Could copilot enterprise consume openAPI specs of our internal repositories like Swaggerhub and use that in code proposals ?

Could copilot enterprise also consume Confluence in its Knowledge graph ?
