Yep, i know so i have tried to change free version to the pro then i can't purchase.

you’ll have to upgrade to Copilot Pro If you prefer not to upgrade, you can:

1. Use another account (if eligible) for a fresh quota
   

2. Wait until March 10, 2025, when your limit resets
