GitHub Copilot Chat o3-mini Not Showing

I have enabled o3-mini for our organization, and I am using VS Code. Most of my colleagues can see it in their model selection dropdown, but it is not available as an option for me and a few other colleagues.

I have removed all GitHub Copilot Extensions in case they were overriding my choices, but that didn't help.

I have also tried to use o3-mini in VS Code Insiders, which also does not work.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Several developers in our GItHub Organization are facing a similar issue. Have you found any solutions perchance @skyarkitekten?

It just randomly started show up for people last week.

My guess is that access is being slowly allocated based on token availability across GitHub.
