Could there be a support for using gh for copilot authentication? Current JS-based authentication isn't working very well for GH enterprise. There's an option to specify custom URL, but in some setups that fails as well. It would be considerably easier/more robust for enterprise users to just use gh, then there would be no need to even specify a custom URL in Vim settings.
