I would love to use copilot with these 2 person enterprise license you required me to purchase for 1 person. How do I enable it for my enterprise.. at my organization level there is no control. Just says... No Seats Assigned and has no link or other control to do anything.

where do you go to buy the copilot??

when I go to my user this is what I get:

p.s. I use it in VSCode 20 hours a day... btw why does it say 0 seats used, how come I am rate limited every 12 seconds! do I have to make multiple accounts?? I am wasting so much time with non functional SaaS.
