Issue with GitHub Education Verification – Away from Campus Error

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to renew my GitHub Education pack for the first time, but I’m running into an issue. When I apply, it says that I’m “away from campus,” even though that’s not true. I’m currently enrolled, and I’ve tried submitting my student ID and I-20, but they keep saying they can’t verify my enrollment.

Since this is my first time renewing, I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or if there’s a better document to submit. Has anyone else faced this issue? What did you do to get verified? Any advice would be really helpful!
