Higher rank recent interactions when building inwards links

Here we are sharing a photo into the GitHub app.

As we see there's a long list of repositories.

Yes each one has some kind of previous interaction with me it is true.

But how about the one that I've just been posting seven different issues to today just a few minutes ago and even in the same GitHub app?

Nope, the list is probably based on some kind of average over your lifetime.

So the app that I'm looking for is in fact way down at the lower depths of the list because those seven posts are about all I've ever posted to it.

Therefore a more intelligent algorithm would take into account the user's recent activities, and rank higher that repository on this list.
