Adding filter condition breaks existing filter expression

I guess Code Search introduced a bug a few days ago.

For example, when I have a search expression repo:torvalds/linux hello, and then try to add a path filter, it replaces (not adds) existing conditions.

Happens in various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
Happens with any criteria (language, repository, path) - previous filter is reset.

Yeah, this started breaking a couple days ago. I've filed a bug report...

@kyontan I filed a bug report, but they got back to me today asking if I could still replicate and... it looks like it's actually fixed, now? Curious if you're still seeing this.
