Unexpected search icon appears in "Collaborators and Teams" tab in repository settings

Description:

I noticed an unexpected search icon (highlighted in the attached screenshot) appearing in the repository settings when I switch to the "Collaborators and Teams" tab. This icon is not visible in other tabs, and it seems out of place or unnecessary in this context.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the settings page of a repository under an organisation.
• Switch to the "Collaborators and Teams" tab.
• Observe the unexpected search icon on the left-hand side.

Expected Behavior:

The search icon should not appear in the "Collaborators and Teams" tab if it is not part of the intended UI.

Actual Behavior:

The search icon appears unexpectedly in the "Collaborators and Teams" tab.

Environment:

Browser: Chrome
GitHub UI mode: Dark
