Не могу установить GitHubDesktop

Здравствуйте. При попытке установить GitHubDesktop, выдаёт ошибку отказа в доступе к папке "программы". Не знаю, как этот доступ предоставить, так как просто открыть эту папку я могу, а перейти через скопированный путь уже не получается. В настройках безопасности папки тоже разрешения есть. Гуглил, у когото была похожая ситуация, он через реестр искал проблему. Но я так не умею.. Может кто-то сталкивался?
