Hey there! 👋 Thanks for posting in the GitHub Community, @noilpa2 ! We're happy you're here. You are more likely to get a useful response if you are posting your question in the applicable category. The Accessibility category is a place for our community to discuss and provide feedback on the digital accessibility of GitHub products. Digital accessibility means that GitHub tools, and technologies, are designed and developed so that people with disabilities can use them. I've gone ahead and moved this to the correct category for you, General. Good luck! |

Hi @noilpa2. First, check your GitHub recovery codes that were provided when you first enabled 2FA.

Hello,
I am unable to log in to my GitHub account (https://github.com/noilpa) even though I know my password and have access to my verified email address. I am blocked by the two-factor authentication (2FA) requirement, but my phone has died, and I don’t have access to my 2FA codes on my new device.
I tried resetting my password, but the 2FA requirement prevents me from completing the process. I have also attempted to reach out to support but have only received automated replies, links to documentation, and responses from a bot, none of which have resolved my issue.
Could you please assist me in regaining access to my account? I would appreciate any direct support from a real person to help me resolve this problem.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
