Updated Portainer Templates for Camunda Platform

https://camunda-community-hub.github.io/zeebe-portainer-templates/ is a repo that contains templates to start Zeebe / Camunda Platform via the app templates in Portainer.

This repo has been updated:

• All templates were tested with the most recent version of Portainer Community Edition, and
• Two new templates Camunda Platform Core and Camunda Platform have been added
