I want to build an adapter for Vercel SDK, but the spec doc seems incomplete.

Please help with spec doc as to what endpoint to make, the request and responses, the https://docs.ag-ui.com/ has broken links and finding it difficult to understand the protocol.

@ranst91 has done the initial work of integrating Vercel AI SDK, it can be found here: https://github.com/ag-ui-protocol/ag-ui/tree/main/typescript-sdk/integrations/vercel-ai-sdk

It's currently missing streaming from a remote AI SDK instance.
