Description of issue

I am unable to install Homebrew on my MacBook on Sequoia 15.3.2. Every time I try to install (copy and paste from the website) my terminal goes unresponsive, I can't even Control+C to stop it, it just sits there and doesn't every prompt me to enter my password like in the videos.

I tried that twice yesterday on my M1 Macbook. I am trying to download FORScan. Immediately after "Installing Cask forscan", I kept getting this error message: "env: /opt/homebrew/bin/wine: Bad CPU type in executable".

Can anyone please help me figure this out ?
