插件代码内使用@vscode/codicons库的图标时，字体文件会加载失败。其加载的字体文件带有query，但@opensumi/ide-core-electron-main/lib/bootstrap/services/protocol.js在处理'vscode-resource'资源时，获取的路径没有移除query便直接读取，导致读取失败：

预期正常加载ttf文件
