Describe the bug
When I try to download the plugin I get 403 response..

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. wget https://artifacts.opensearch.org/releases/plugins/repository-azure/1.0.0/repository-azure-1.0.0.zip

Expected behavior
Plugins are actually downloadable.

Chart Name
All chart versions.

Please use 1.1.0 as 1.0.0 native plugins are not available.

wget https://artifacts.opensearch.org/releases/plugins/repository-azure/1.1.0/repository-azure-1.1.0.zip
