MCP is currently an experimental feature and hence it does not have UT and IT coverage. When it goes GA, we are targeting about 80% of test code coverage an ensure IT and UT for every feature.

Run ./gradlew opensearch-ml-plugin:jacocoTestCoverageVerification on local to see if the code coverage is satisfactory
