Improve on ELB integration assets (#1682) (#1698)

* Improve on elb integration queries

- conform to OTEL schema for proprietary aws elb fields
- adjust request parsing
- recursive lookup and compression for create table, for out of the
  box support for reading alb logs written by aws service to s3
