What is the bug?
Whenever user try to select a Channel in the Trigger Action, the list of channels is distorted.

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login to Kibana
Select a tenant
Click on Hamburger menu and select Alerting under Opensearch Plugins
Select Monitor tab
Click Create Monitor
In create monitor screen, at the bottom click Add trigger
Under Actions list values in Channels drop-down. The values will look distorted. It's not readable

What is the expected behavior?
The distorted view should not happen.
