Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The SecurityManager is going to be disabled permanently in JDK-24 (see please https://openjdk.org/projects/jdk/24/), the prototype branch is https://github.com/reta/opensearch-agent

Explore the the native Java Agent (dynamic code rewriting, must be low overhead)

@kumargu @andrross I think the POC has proven to be a viable way forward, I am about to close this POC and move towards iterative step by step integration, see please #17658
