Word wrap in tooltip

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is an issue with the word wrapping of the values inside the tootip in Dashboard visualizations.
The words are displayed in 2 lines.

Describe the solution you'd like

Word wrap has to happen this way: transfers a word for which there is insufficient space from the end of one line of text to the beginning of the next
