Define how the user gets to the new obi-one simulation designer

Description: Create mockups of how to reach the obi-one simulation designer. The user will go through Experiment > New Experiment > Microcircuit from within their project, where they can then select a circuit from a table view similar to simulations for ME-models.

Acceptance criteria:
Mockups should be created:

• Showing a table view for selecting a circuit (similar to how ME models are selected)

Note: that for the initial integration (before we have the circuits registered in entity-core) clicking on "Microcircuits" will take the user directly to the obi-one simulation designer

Also following our discussions @jdcourcol should @loris-olivier-obi create mockups of the table view for selecting a circuit, or can this wait until we have defined the schema for circuits?
