OpenTelemetry instrumentation satbility

My team is using OpenTelemetry, and we're evaluating some of its instrumentation libraries—specifically opentelemetry-instrumentation-httpx, opentelemetry-instrumentation-grpc, and opentelemetry-instrumentation-fastapi. We're working in a monorepo setting and our solution will potentially be adopted by over 100 services. The instrumentation libraries appear to be widely used and actively maintained. However, we noticed they are still marked as "Development Status :: 4 - Beta" on PyPI. Could you clarify why they remain in beta despite their adoption and activity, and what potential risks or implications we should consider when using them in production?
