Swoole 5.1.4

Swoole 5.1.4 was released about 3 weeks ago. Would be nice to see it in deb.sury.org repo.

+1 specifically since the latest php-swoole extension version (6.0.0+really+5.1.3-1+ubuntu24.04.1+deb.sury.org+1) that is installed by default on Alpine breaks pdo_pgsql connection with
SQLSTATE[08006] [7] could not send SSL negotiation packet: Resource temporarily unavailable
making most of laravel/sail docker container builds unusable when your db server is pgsql. The fix was made in 5.1.4 https://github.com/swoole/swoole-src/releases/tag/v5.1.4

verified, building laravel/sail is pulling the new version php8.1-swoole/now 6.0.0+really+5.1.4-1+ubuntu22.04.1+deb.sury.org+1 amd64 [installed,local] and no more SSL error, thank you
