Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

Add operations to Reference Data OMVS to support the definition of valid value asets and the mapping between them.

Link reference data sets to assets describing code tables and mapping tables.

Add operations to support data pipelines that are synchronizing information fron Egeria's valid value sets into the correct code table and mapping table resources.

Support complex queries and mermaid graphs to show the connectivity of these elements.
