Cannot relocate storage directory.

I tried to relocate the storage directory to a different location.

In .env file (if you're using environment variables), defined the new storage path:
STORAGE_PATH=/var/www/html/shared_data/storage

Modified bootstrap/app.php, which now includes:
$app->useStoragePath(env('STORAGE_PATH', base_path('storage')));

moved /var/www/html/web/storage to /var/www/html/shared_data/storage

Cleared config:
php artisan config:clear
php artisan cache:clear

I have still the error:

The /var/www/html/web/storage/framework directory must be present and writable.
