Describe the bug
Templates - Tool selection for MCP server is not preserved in templates.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create an agent.
Add MCP server (in my case github MCP server)
Disable couple of tools when configuring the MCP server.

Create a template and make it public.
Create an agent from this template.

Notice that all tools (including the ones disabled in step 3) are enabled for the MCP server.

Expected behavior
Only tools that are enabled in the agent when template was created should be enabled for agents created from the templates.
