There is no space for buttons here on this window (some other windows have the same issue)

This is the default window height, buttons are still chopped.

I can make them visible, tho.

Can explain how to display this window? I'm not familiar with it.

Sure, I should have been more descriptive.

This one in particular, is the popup window to edit a property. In this case the Linked Object, of a Link.
The following picture may give you a better reference.
