Issue : Replace Broken Link in "Gender-Neutral Bathrooms" Section with a Relevant Resource

Issue Description:
The current link in the "Gender-Neutral Bathrooms" section of the documentation references an example image from a Google Groups attachment, which is inaccessible. This makes it difficult for users to access actionable guidance and examples for inclusive restroom signage.

Proposed Solution:
Replace the broken link with the following professional and relevant resource:
Best Practices for All-Gender Restroom Design.
