Option to start TUI in interactive mode from executor

Hi.
I have an executor that asks the user some questions and serves app based on the answers. The users must therefore always press the "i" to get into interactive mode to make their choices. It would be awesome if you could extend the options for executors to support starting up in interactive mode directly so "confused" users could avoid this.

Also, It would be nice to support skipping the TUI all together as it "steals" a lot of space and isn't really needed when serving an app.
