How do I set Webpack scriptLoading: "blocking" option?

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate NX into my workflow, but have a requirement to enable html-webpack-plugin option:

{
    "scriptLoading": "blocking",
}   

This option is critical to my project and I'm unable to find ways to enable it using @nx/webpack/app-plugin.

Could you help me resolve the issue?
Is this something available in your webpack plugin?

Looking at the source code I wasn't able to find it, but am curious if its hiding under a different settings.
