update ejs version to it's latest since it's creating vulnerabilities

• I am using nrwl/devkit 14.0.3 which is latest one.

• But nrwl/[email protected] is using [email protected].

• [email protected] is using [email protected]

• [email protected] is using [email protected]

[email protected] is creating vulnerabilities in my project so I just wanted to know if there is any specific purpose behind using 3.1.5 verison of ejs?
