Support for All Day events

• Sorts all-day events to the top of the sort stack, then by name

• If an all-day event recurs 2 or more days in a row, and another all-day event that starts on the 2nd day has a higher sort order. The first all-day event gets indexed at the same index as on day 2

  This only applies on a weekly basis
