Hi folks,

Opening this issue to request to add @ruddermann to @nodejs/security-external so he can access Node.js private and help us assess some specific vulnerabilities.

I'd also like to include him in the HackerOne report. For context, he's part of OpenSSF Alpha Omega and part of his work is to help us evaluate and improve our security process.

I'll proceed with Rudd access if no objections in the next 3h.
