您好，请问一下，理论上说，ncnn gpu 代码可以编译成wasm版本，并使用手机的GPU来运行吗？

ncnn gpu 是基于 vulkan api 实现的，wasm 版本理论上可以 dart 桥接 vulkan spirv 到 webgpu，目前尚没有实践过
