What's the problem?

Hi MUI team, I'm working on https://github.com/rkristelijn/eslint-plugin-mui and recently got access to https://github.com/rafaelgomesxyz/eslint-plugin-mui however I now see there is https://github.com/mui/material-ui/tree/master/packages/eslint-plugin-material-ui. There are also some other initiatives:

I would like to collaborate/help extend the mui rules and make them more prominent in the documentation.

What are the requirements?

1. Is this a good idea? and is the mui team open for this?
2. How can I help? (what steps, what order)

The current package is for our internal use only for the codebases across @mui org. It does not follow semver and could have a breaking change even in a minor release. That's why they are not documented.

It isn't supposed to be used by end users although they are free to do so. You are free to extend it and expose through your own package if you feel it'll benefit the community.
