Support cargo-fuzz target debuggables

Feature description

I'd like to debug into cargo-fuzz targets as a rustaceanvim "debuggable" from neovim.

For example. Checking out this demo fuzz project, running RustLsp debuggables and seeing:

1: build --package example-rust-fuzz                                                                                                                                    
2: test --no-run --package example-rust-fuzz --all-targets 
3. fuzz fuzz_parse_complex

Are those targets listed by :RustaLsp runnables, but not :RustLsp debuggables?
If that's not the case, then this would have to be requested in the rust-analyzer repo.

Ah, ok. Indeed, the fuzz command is not included in the list of RustLsp runnables either.
