proc-macro is explicitly disabled from async_trait not ignored

I am using rustaceanvim with lazyvim.

I see that the rustaceanvim config has proc macros enabled and async-traits ignored:

I don't have the capacity to support all the Neovim distributions out there.

Came across the same issue and here is the the workaround from LazyVim LazyVim/LazyVim#5638
May it can be documented somewhere in rustaceanvim? Anyway, I assume this link can help people with same issue quickly find the solution.
