Minimal Mistakes is awesome! Love it!

What are you using to help make content generation easier?

• Do you use a WYSIWYG GUI?
• A fancy Rich Markdown editor with a previewer for the template?
• A simple markdown editor?
• VIM?

What do you recommend for other folks?

I've been trying to use Decap CMS to help make building my website easier, but its rich markdown editor does not have everything needed to fill out the body of Minimal Mistakes Jekyll sites. Some of the stuff it's missing:

• I can add an image to my page's body, but I can't make it inline, align it, or assign sizing in Decap the Image Alignment sample page shows that Minimal Mistakes can. I have to go manually edit the markdown afterwards.
• It shows a generic markdown preview, not a preview of the site using the Minimal-mistakes theme and _includes
• Setting up YAML headers is a pain
