I need to add python 3.13 support, particularly obfuscated code for the advanced bots which is python-version-specific.

The current blocker for this is an issue with pyarmor that should (hopefully) be resolved soon.

In the meantime, I recommend everyone use python 3.12 or 3.9 which are already supported.
