Wingetbot currently uses titles of other PRs for the validation pipeline run. The actual pipeline run is the correct run.
Currently all PRs seem to be affected
Examples:
@microsoft-github-policy-service microsoft-github-policy-service bot added the Needs-Triage This work item needs to be triaged by a member of the core team. label Mar 27, 2025

Edited the original post: I just realised that the link and pipeline run is actually correct. Only the Pipeline run title is wrong.

@a-mnich - This looks like expected behavior. There was a deployment yesterday that changed this

On a related note - you can verify it is the correct run by checking that the PR number appears in the run name
