Repro Steps:

Navigate to Retrospectives - Boards.
Navigate with Screen reader on the columns.

Actual Result:

Moving between the columns is a very hard task.
User needs to tab through all the first section and then needs to move to the next section which is adding more keystrokes making the user difficult to access the information.
