Repro Steps:

1. Open an ADO project
2. Select board > Retrospectives from left navigation bar
3. Activate Team assessment button
4. Now under the 'board' tab we have different feedback groups.
5. using screen reader verify whether the elements in the list of feedback should be provided in an ul, li or not

Actual Result.

The feedback items are not in an ul ,li structure, making it challenging to navigate using screen reader shortcuts.
