Repro Steps:

Open an ADO project
Select board > Retrospectives from left navigation bar
Activate Team assessment button
Turn on any screen reader, press T to navigate to the table.
Navigate to one of the 1 to 10 rating buttons.
Observe if the meaning of these buttons are clear, and context understandable

Actual Result:

Question associated to that rating is not announced by screen reader (like NVDA)
